The sweetest family met me in the mountains for a surprise session for Mama. I have never met a more soulful or inspiring crew. I love their hearts and the moments they gave me.

Healing in Art

It has sure been a year of high and lows, but being able to channel pain into art brings healing... and beauty. We played and cuddled and splashed in the Colorado Mountains.

I admit it has been a rough week here. My father just underwent major open heart surgery and I have been cooped up in the house too emotionally exhausted to do much. I thought I could use a little sunshine and I figured maybe you would all to! I would love to see how you interpret this theme. Again it can be anything you like!

I will be adding my own photos soon. I have been to tired to get on my work computer so I am hanging out on my laptop today.

I can imagine how stressful and emotionally exhausting that must be for you. My husband’s mom had two heart attacks years ago, and has been having health issues lately, and I know how much it affects everyone in the family.
I hope you find some sunshine and things start looking brighter this week.
