Giant in person Mentorship Giveaway | And a Big, Giant Sale

Hello, Lovelies!

Tis’ the season of giving, and I truly feel that we can always do more of that. It has been such a blessing to watch my humble business grow. I don’t pretend to know all the answers– in fact I have so much growth ahead of me in my own journey. I do love to pay it forward when at all possible though, and what I have learned over the years is something I love to share with everyone that will hear it. Mentoring and teaching has filled a huge void I wasn’t aware even existed. I always wish I could do so much more. There is always more we can do. As a mother of seven, I wear many hats– but the biggest one (aside from being a wife and a mother) is supporting my family with my Photography business. I am a full time professional photographer and the biggest lessons have come with time. They have come with trial and error and tears and heartache and small victories. These lessons I want to share with you. I want to maybe even inspire people to be themselves… to be the best versions of themselves.

With that being said, I am only able to take so many 1:1 in person mentorships every year and I feel blessed to admit the demand has grown beyond my wildest dreams. I open these for 2019 on November 23rd this year, but I am giving away one before they are even available for booking (or a 1:1 ONE hour skype or phone session if you can’t make it to Colorado.) But that isn’t all I am giving away! I am also giving away one of my FAVORITE vintage quilts, (You can see a peek of that below in the image I shared) and a book I found recently I am completely inspired by…It’s called Photography, a Complete Visual History and it is by Tom Ang. You can peek at that Here. I have just hit off season, so I am diving into everything I can possibly get my hands on because as I mentioned, I love to grow and learn always.

-A Sit down one-on-one 1 1/2- 2 hour session where you can ask me ANYTHING. Nothing is off limits. I will buy you coffee and we will gab up our love for photography and even the love of family or whatever it is you want to talk about. For that time period, I am yours and I am a total open book.

-A one hour family session where we shoot side by side. You can ask me questions. I will share how I get natural connection in my images. I will arrange a real family to photograph at a pretty Colorado location. This is all things shooting!

OR if you can’t come to Colorado which I absolutely understand, you will win a 1:1 Skype or phone mentoring session. You can choose to focus on editing or use that time to talk about business/photography etc. I will be opening these for booking soon to take place in late summer and fall as well as winter.

I have been chatting about the shop and website makeover for eons now, but it’s taken so much longer than I anticipated. That is mostly my fault because I took forever to get a lot of the content over, but hopefully soon. (Crossing fingers!!) In the meantime, I am retiring every single action set and Lightroom collection with the exception of Journey (that is still on sale!)

Because these other actions aren’t a total representation of my current processing and have been in the shop for quite a while, I am having to let them go. It’s about that time I start planning a new release, and I am hoping to get that in the shop by early 2019! There are still so many gems in there though, so I am sad to see them go.
