Colorado will miss you | Northern Colorado Family Photographer

Years ago, I taught at a scrap booking conference/retreat in Vegas and finally got to meet my sweet friend Lizzy in the flesh. I have never laughed so hard in my life. We stayed up all hours of the night gabbing and cracking up over burgers. I knew we were destined for a great friendship. My family moved to Colorado from Connecticut a few years back now, and Lizzy and her family kindly helped us find a place to stay being natives to the area. She scoped the area we were planning to move to and talked to landlords on our behalf. She has been a major blessing.

Her beautiful family is moving to Texas, and while we are sad to see her go we look forward to visiting her in her new home state soon (and maybe even taking some Texas sessions yay!) Texas is very lucky to get the R family indeed!

Good things come in Threes | Fort Collins, CO Family Photographer

This session was a dream. The light. The beautiful trio I got to photograph and the obvious love and adoration they had for their sweet little girl. “M” was actually a former Creative Processing Workshop student of mine, so when she mentioned she was coming from North Carolina and wanted to book a session I was besides myself. Not only was she one of the most beautiful Mamas I have worked with to date, she was also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I wasn’t all that successful in getting them to move here, but I know we will be friends even if from afar now! Have I mentioned how much I love when friends become clients? I have also been lugging my big film camera on sessions and capturing just a few images with it so there are a film images mixed in with this sweet family’s session gallery.

On another note my summer is just about booked up. I can make room for a few more dates, but that is it! I am currently considering a studio option however and am now booking fall sessions so be sure to inquire soon if you would like a date! I hope to work with you!
