I know it’s blurry and weirdly cropped but I like it π One of the great things this project has helped me with is this … I am more confident with my photos now; they don’t have to be perfect to tell a story or convey an emotion…
I can’t believe we did it! 52 weeks! It has been a wonderful journey; I loved getting to know you all and getting inspired by all your talented work… This has been a very special project to me; it helped me grow not only in photography but also personally. Hope to see you all next year! π
Happy New Year Everyone! Don’t forget to Laugh, Love and Celebrate Life!! β₯

“celebrate”
Celebrating Christmas morning is tiring…found this little love bug sleeping my bed after she opened her gifts. I love little moments like this. I document them to “celebrate” our normal daily life. It is beautiful.

This is not my submission for the week, I just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Here in Southern California, this is as close as we get to snow on Christmas! : )

Week 52 {Celebrate}
Celebrating Christmas! This is my little’s 2nd Christmas …. how blessed are we? Although presents are not the important thing we know that they represent the ultimate gift God gave us and that is his son. So grateful for that!!!
I can’t believe this project is over. I don’t know if I will be participating in the 2013 one because it’s shaping up to be a crazy year. BUT I have to say I am so happy I got to participate and I want to thank Sara for putting this together.
My photography and editing have grown leaps and bounds. It has been emotional at times.
I will treasure this set of photographs for many years to come.
Thanks to all the sweet people who took time to comment and for the friends I made here! You are all wonderful and inspired me. You made me better…. for that I thank you.
Wishing you all a Happy New year and may all your dreams come true!!

M4H 52 / 52 Celebration!
Our Christmas tradition, head up to the mountain and play in the snow all day! We had so much fun, even though my glasses broke before I even got out of the car! Thank God for BBF, or I never would have had any pix that day.
I can’t wait to start 2013 M4H 52!

M4H Week 52/Celebrate
As in any house with young children, Christmas morning started early in our house, well before the sun was up. After all the presents were open and the kids were contently playing, I stepped into my kitchen to grab a much needed cup of coffee. As I leaned over my sink, sipping, I looked out the window and was amazed. I was drawn to my camera, why I still don’t know. But, as I have been going through my pictures from the past few days, this one keeps speaking to me. In those quiet moments at that sink I have stood at countless times, I had a moment to celebrate all in my life. This sunrise, on this day reminded me of how blessed I am. A simple picture, a plain picture, but each time I see it, it reminds me to celebrate every DAY, each person and everything in my life!

Week 52: Celebrate
My son turned 3 years old on Christmas Day! Christmas and birthdays are always a good reason to celebrate. Granted these were taken a few days after his birthday. He loved the idea of blowing out candles so we had a reenactment with his last piece of birthday cake.

M4H Week 52 ~ Celebrate
As I reflect on this past year and the many ups and downs we have had as a family and in our world, I want to celebrate this life we have been given. These hands represent the four most important people in my life, my husband and my 3 boys. I am so thankful for the many blessings they bring to my life and as we begin a new year together, I look forward to a new adventure as we prepare for another military move and all that brings with but that we will do it together!
I also want to celebrate this project in my life! From the beginning, I wanted to learn and grow, I can honestly say that I have, and improved on my skills so very much! I am thankful to Sarah for challenging me each week to think and be creative with my photography.
I challenge all of you to CELEBRATE your LIFE!

52.52 Celebration
This week, we are celebrating the end of an exciting, eventful, and exhausting year full of fun adventures, busy schedules, and seemingly endless wedding planning. Next weekend though, Ken and I will be celebrating the start of our new life together as husband and wife. It has been a crazy and wonderful year, but I can’t wait to start off 2013 with the love of my life by my side.
Only 6 days to go!!!!

52 weeks, 52 themes, 52 photos, 52 reasons that bought me joy this year.
Yay! I did it. I committed myself to the best photography challenge I could ever ask for.
This afternoon I am surrounded by good friends and the sun is setting on 2012. I am sitting here submitting my last image taken for 2012 only moments ago. What a great year 2012 has been.
I wish everyone reading this, love, the best of health and good luck for 2013. It’s been great getting to know you all.
