Friends, Flowers and Fun | Nebraska Travel Sessions

This sweet family came from Iowa, and I was incredibly excited to finally meet “C”. She is a friendly face on Facebook and someone I would absolutely consider a friend despite having the pleasure of getting to hang offline just yet, so getting to meet her in person was a huge treat. Her family was precious.

I loved that they had no qualms in sitting in the tall grass, and were completely comfy in front of the camera! I would never know Dad wasn’t a fan of being photographed. He did wonderful!

Time flew sadly as I would have loved to get to hang out with them a bit longer, but we came away with some beautiful images. It was a great experience for all, and I do hope so much our paths cross again some day!

This session was a dream. From the first frame until the very end, I was pinching myself.

The light was perfect. The people were insanely awesome (and gorgeous.) We clicked right away. I always know when that happens the best images are going to result. They were easy going and trusting and we had a wonderful time together.

Oh, and the beard. Yes. Photographic bucket list ha! There is something just so awesome about a dad with a great beard.

Aside from all that, I feel like I came away with new friends and I hope so much to have the privilege of watching their children grow. They are so darling.
