  1. M4H P52 Weekly Theme | Raw

I thought this week, we could explore the word Raw. This could be literal or totally figurative. It could be something that evokes raw emotion, something that is actually raw. Any way you want to approach this is absolutely fine.

Here is the definition to give you more inspiration:

    raw  (rô)

    adj. raw·er, raw·est

    1. Uncooked: raw meat.
    2.

    a. Being in a natural condition; not processed or refined: raw wool. See Synonyms at crude.
    b. Not finished, covered, or coated: raw wood. See Synonyms at rude.
    c. Not having been subjected to adjustment, treatment, or analysis: raw data; the raw cost of production.
    3. Untrained and inexperienced: raw recruits.
    4. Recently finished; fresh: raw plaster.
    5. Having subcutaneous tissue exposed: a raw wound.
    6. Inflamed; sore: a raw throat.
    7. Unpleasantly damp and chilly: raw weather.
    8. Cruel and unfair: a raw punishment.
    9. Outspoken; crude: a raw portrayal of truth.
    10. Powerfully impressive; stark: raw beauty; raw talent.
    11. Nude; naked.
It is a bit long winded but may give you an idea, and lots of ways to run with this one.

I will be back Monday with Eye Candy to show you off from our previous week’s challenge!

Also, I want to reiterate that if you indeed are new to this project and want to jump in you are completely welcome. You can find details on what this project 52 is about HERE. If you want to hop in, please do! We love new faces and images in the group!

    The theme this week is:

  2. An Amazing Family, An Amazing Place | Larimer County Family Photography

This past summer I had the honor of photographing another photographer’s beautiful family.  Amy Cook of Amy Cook Photography is not only a great friend, but a HUGE talent. Her newborn work never fails to blow me away especially. She hinted at possibly coming back next summer with another addition to her already precious family, so I am crossing everything that happens! Either way it was such a treat to not only hang with her, but get to capture her family. I adore working with other photographers. Warning in advance, this is a bit image heavy lol! I am not so good at picking and choosing favorites.

I am also incredibly behind on blogging so bear with me. I have some pretty awesome things up my sleeve though!
