I am so happy to share that our annual Motherhood Session is back and we are doing it big this year with two very special options. Please read below for all the details. Both Session package shares what is included, but I also will be helping fully with styling and will be here every step of the way to help you prepare for our time together.

Option A: Indoor Greenhouse Mini:

When: April 30th

Location: Windsor, CO Greenhouse location studio with a beautiful Boho feel

Times:

5:45pm, 6:15pm, 6:40pm, 7:15pm

Please note these time slots are first come/first serve.

This mini session option is for the Mama whom is looking for something short and sweet but wanting images that are still incredibly meaningful. These sessions are held at a gorgeous greenhouse location and are 25 minutes long. They are all about your connection and this season of life as it is right now. They are designed to be really centered on the love and connection you have with your children.

This session comes with 15-20 images with the option to upgrade for more. The option will be added to your delivered gallery.

Option B: Outdoor Motherhood Session :

When: Dates are flexible. You can choose upon booking. These will be hosted in May + June.

The second option is an outdoor option for a Mama wanting a longer session and wanting more of a full session experience with me. These are held in nature with twice the amount of time and are hosted on a session date of your choosing. Just like the first option, they are centered on your connection and all the sweet little moments you don’t want to forget.

These come with a larger gallery size due to investment. Included is 45-50 minute session. Your choice of location (Foothills, Water etc.) You also get 40+ Images with this gallery. If there are more I love, you’ll get those too!!

Investment: $475

Requires a $200 Retainer required to book. The remainder will be due 14 days before your session date.

I am hosting these both at a VERY special rate. I know in this current time so many women are forgoing the things they love to make sure their families have what they need. I want to give back the opportunity to still have these photographs so it was important to me that I make these as accessible as possible.

Just a Note: These are not designed for full families, but these are perfect for a Mama and her children, expectant mama’s or you’re even welcome to bring your own Mom. These sessions are meant to celebrate YOU as a Mother as well as the special bond you hold with either your children or the special women in your life.

Happy Holiday season, Sweet Friends!! It truly feels like time is speeding up and this season comes around a little bit faster every year. Whatever this year has held for you and your precious family, I hope so much there has been a lot of joy and good memories to come out of 2023. We have had our share of ups and downs this year, but we also had some pretty great moments and made special memories of our own. I am so ready for all the good that next year holds for all of us. 

If I am being totally honest, even though this year was one of our toughest years in a long time for my own family, I’m still here holding so much gratitude in my heart. Some of the most incredible moments this year was spent with the amazing families I’ve had the opportunity to photograph and the women I’ve had the absolute privilege of mentoring. As I host my annual specials this year, I can’t help but look forward to more of that (and you!!) next year. Both my clients and the photography community have been a huge part of my life for nearly two decades. You’re all part of my village too.

I’ve been hosting this sale for a good amount of time now and it’s something I truly look forward to every year. It’s become one of my favorite traditions. I am humbled year after year with every person that chooses me to document some of their most precious moments with the people they love most or chooses me as their mentor.

How This Works:

I keep this super simple! 

In this post, I will be sharing different packages and offerings. There are discounted packages for both the families I photograph and the photographers wanting to come and learn from me next year. 

I only can offer so many of each package due to the extremely discounted nature of them so they are first come, first serve. Once a particular package is filled up, I can no longer offer it so if there is something you have your eye on, I would grab it right away. 

Once you choose your package, you want to send me an e-mail with which you’d like, and we will get you all booked. There is no need to pick a date until early next year when our calendar goes out, but you’ll get first dibs by booking during this sale. If you already know when you’d like to have your session, we also can note that at booking.

The Photo Session Offerings:

These special packages are only offered for this Black Friday promo only. I only host one sale a year on sessions, so I try to make it big! These packages are always priced at a VERY special rate just for this Holiday season before I begin booking full rates come this January. These packages are a first come/first serve deal due to the extreme discounted nature. As always I will be offering these sessions to Immediate Families, Couples, Storytelling Family Sessions, Lifestyle Newborn AND maternity. This is your chance to save HUNDREDS of dollars.

You can read below for full package options and to purchase and snag your spot before they are gone.  As always I am based out of the Fort Collins, CO area and service the surrounding area. If you are hoping for mountains though I have a VERY special package for that too and will be traveling up to Estes Park, Colorado or Bellevue, CO for these.

Here is what you need to know about packages and booking below:

Choose your Package from the options below and then e-mail me at myfourhens@gmail.com.

Specify the package you want and share a good e-mail address you use to send you your invoice for your retainer. You will have to put a retainer down for the package of your choosing. The retainer amount is a flat fee of $425. I kept the retainer amount lower this year than in previous years to make it a little bit easier for everyone.

This is non-refundable. Your package will not be held until that invoice is paid.

As a note, you can totally choose the month or time frame you are coming if you know, but no pressure to pick a date right now. I recommend waiting until January however to set your date when our full date of calendars is ready if possible unless you already know for sure when you are traveling in if you are out of state.  Once your invoice is payed and the retainer is satisfied, you are officially on the calendar and locked into this special rate.

Quantity: there are exactly 5 each of these packages to go around unless otherwise specified above. Once that quota has been met I will be closing this special. After that booking will be for full pricing/rates. I can’t save your spot until your retainers have been paid.

All the fun fine print:

These packages (and your retainers) are completely non-refundable so please plan accordingly. If for some reason you can not satisfy your session, the deposit will be withheld, but you will not be responsible for the remainder of the package unless we are 30 days out from your scheduled session date. By paying the deposit you agree to these terms. These sessions are held in Colorado. While I aim to host you in 2024, I am flexible with timing and dates as I know many of you are planning in advance.

These packages can not be used towards weddings, events or extended family sessions.

Package A: Dreamy Mountain Package

Typically 60-90 minutes in length.

Package B: Foothills Family Session

$825- (Usually close to  $1400 Value!!)

Held around the Fort Collins, CO area.

Session will take place from Spring-Fall.

As a note the foothills tend to be a softer landscape with the mountains possibly far off in the distance. There are a few different foothills locations, but the images above the package name are typical for this particular package.

Package C. Moments Matter  Mountain Session

$1295 ($2400 Value)

This session is the ULTIMATE session experience. You get lots of extra beautiful images, but we also really get to dig in and capture all those special details that make your family special and unique. You have your pick of location.

Typically 90 minutes in length.

Session will take place June-October 2024.

90+ FULL resolution images in beautiful downloadable gallery. If there is more that I love, you get them!

Package D: Moments Matter Mini Session

$425 Musts be paid in full due to the discounted nature of this package.

Typically 45 minutes in length

Session will take place beginning Spring of 2024.

These are only offered to either Mama and Children or Dad and children due to the time limit on these sessions. You can also use these for maternity sessions. These are also perfect for an expectant mama!

Package E: Storytelling Session Documentary Session

This package is perfect for those wanting something more REAL. These are held in home or any place extra meaningful to you and can be used for immediate family sessions. I will come and spend half a day with you and your family and document your honest connection and precious family story. This is a brand new offering for 2024 and the first time I have hosted a package like this on Black Friday.

Typically 4-5 hours in length. You don’t need all the bells and whistles for these. I will come to you as you are and help you plan everything so the images are the most authentic to you.

Sessions will begin in March of 2024.

Included is:

A Beautiful experience with the most important people in your life.

A Gallery of 150+ beautiful moments from our time together. These images are artfully created and edited with your story in mind. They are not only for your walls but your family albums. This is the perfect way to look back on life years from now and get a beautiful glimpse of what that season of life held for you.

Help with styling so your session is fully authentic and true to you.

I will come to you!! These are held in home (or in your most favorite place.) They are meant to be authentic and honest. You can live up to 90 minutes away with absolutely no extra commute charge or travel fee.

I am only offering 3 of these due to the intensive nature and extreme discount of this package. I will be offering this at full price once my 2024 rates are released in January to all families at a much higher rate.

These mentorships will be held anytime from January through March. They are held via Zoom so we can screen share and be really intentional with our time together.

Due to the low cost of investment, I typically do not offer a retainer option but if you need one, please message me and I will accommodate you so you don’t have to miss out on the sale price. I can only offer 5 of these.

There is also a Six Month Intensive Option for those wanting to dive much deeper.

During these mentorships we will be going over EVERYTHING from your personal style and how to define your voice to get closer to that. We will work through your branding, marketing and anything specific that you feel needs work. These are FOR YOU so they are focused and centered on your growth and your art. I am always an open book.

We will have two zoom calls a month held biweekly for 90 minutes each call. I also do check ins in between via text or email. I also recommend a particular app so we can check in between our calls that way as well. I like to stay super close so I can help be a true mentor to you, but also keep it as low pressure as I can.

These will be focused on ANYTHING we note in the first call as a priority. This call is a bonus call and separate from the first scheduled calls of the six month period. It’s a discovery call with a separate portfolio review/social media/brand overview etc. as we begin so we can cover things I feel you would benefit working on too. 

These will be $2200 after the sale. The Black Friday rate is $1650. A $425.00 retainer is due to hold your mentorship as I am only offering 3 of these this year. The remainder can be paid in payments to make it easier on you.

Frequently asked questions about All of the Sales listed here:

-Do I need to pay for the entire session up front?

Nope! I am super flexible on payment, so you will need to pay your non-refundable retainer to hold your package, but the remainder isn’t due until 30 days prior to your session. You can make as many payments as you would like before then as well. Many book far out in advance so if you need to do that as well, I am completely open to that.

-What is different between the Foothills and Mountains Session?

Aside from the package upgrade such as number of images etc., the locations are different. If you are looking for mountains, you’ll want the mountain session package. Theses are further from me which requires longer commute times and more time to shoot, so the package reflects that. You however are absolutely welcome to use a foothill location if you are more called to that but book a mountain session.

-I am a photographer, can I do a mentorship and a session when I come?

YES! In fact, I LOVE these. Just make sure you book your dates as soon as the calendar is released in January so we get those two dates close together. I can even do them back-to-back that way. Local photographers are also ALWAYS welcome.

-What time of year is best to come if I am from out of state?

Anytime from spring on is okay, but you want to be aware of the weather! Any time from late June-early September fares best with weather, but if you are already coming at a certain time I can make anything work.

-Do I need to pick my date right now?

Absolutely not! Our official calendar is released in January, so unless you already know your date, no pressure!

-Can I purchase a session for someone else?

Yes!!!! In fact with everything going on in the world, this is the perfect gift! Just make sure they contact me so we can get things sorted and scheduled as soon as you gift them!
