From Connecticut to Colorado | Fort Collins, CO Photographer

I had the honor of working with this family in Connecticut when their little girl was just a baby. Their session is still one of my favorites to date, even after all these years and I can’t even begin to speak to what wonderful people they are in general. When they sought me out after relocating to Colorado like I had done just a few years before, I was besides myself. They are amazing. They truly are. And getting to meet their newest little one was just the cherry on top.

There were giggles and curiosity and just love all around. I love when a family is just completely open to anything and trusts me to really capture them as they are. I hope so much to have the honor of photographing them again some day!

A Mama’s Love | Fort Collins, CO Family Photographer

This was the session that almost never happened. Thankfully it did.

Sweet Sarah inquired about family photos the previous year when I began booking family sessions. Her and her sweet family were going to be in Colorado. Unfortunately her husband wasn’t going to be able to make it and she almost had to cancel. She decided to come for images with just her and her sweet children and I was so happy we were able to do them. Every mama needs as many images of her with her children as humanly possible. I can’t think of any images I have with my own Mother, and I admit I am not always great about doing this myself so any time I have the opportunity to photograph just a Mama with her brood I am all over it.

I can’t wait to see you next year sweet lady!! I hope we can do these again!
