What our (some of) January looked like | Personal Alert
I can’t believe February is already here.
Our January was pretty low key. We were invaded with a nasty stomach bug that seemed to space itself out to the point everyone in the house got it just about any given week of last month. As a mother when your family is ill it consumes everything and your sole focus is getting everyone back on their feet. I didn’t take nearly as many photos as I usually do so I don’t have an abundance to share but I figured I would share a few none-the-less.

Love hon…such a great grouping of images from your family. The lighting is so beautiful as are all your babies. I just love seeing these glimpses into your family. My fav is the one of your two girls on the bed with the light coming in. I just love how comfortable they look and how well you seem to capture them without them noticing.

sarah, their vulnerability breaks my mother heart, and yet you get at something so special and true about the way it makes us feel. those little faces are mirrors for your love. the way you compose, and search for light in the mundane, transforming it to magic, is such a talent. you so obviously love what you do, and love your family. i am so lucky to know you and get to see what it all feels like. health and love to you all xoxo
I love your b/w Sarah…they have such a wonderful feel to them. The image all just your oldest eyes and all that negative space to her side is beyond breathtaking!! It’s raw and real and a true work of art. And I’ve said this before, you make beautiful babies!! All those curls just get me every time. 🙂
