M4H Lazy Days Winner and Eye Candy

Getting started on our Winner and Eye candy for this Week’s theme.

Also a quick reminder that I am looking towards 2015 and our Project 52 group. I have had the pleasure of hosting this wonderful project for going on four years now. I would love to host this again, but want to be sure of the interest. If there is a project or something else you might want to see in lieu I am completely open to feedback on that as well. Since we are coming up on our last month of this project I want to be sure that there is indeed enough participation to keep this fun train going!

If you are the Winner for this week contact me via the Fan Page, Contact forms or the email in the info area of the Facebook fan page and I will send you an action set or preset collection of your choosing! (If you would like something no pressure ha!)

My husband is far from lazy…and even having a lazy day is hard for him. He likes to be going somewhere, doing something most all of time. But..this little guy, on Sundays…can get him to slow down, have a lazy stroll through Home Depot hand in hand, just enjoying the moments they have together. So grateful for their bond and these Sundays we share as a family, every week.

We’ve started our Summer school break this week in Oz. 7 weeks of lazy days when we don’t have to make it to school by first bell – I normally get them there by second bell I promise! We started our holiday with a lazy mini-break down at a Gold Coast resort. On our second night a storm rolled in and I was very tempted to just call it a night and pour myself far too many vinos. So pleased the kids harangued me to head down to the local arcade once the storm had passed. Lazy summer school holiday pictures are the best.

{Lazy Days} are usually spent in the kitchen cooking or crafting. Today it was homemade play dough. All while “Pretzel” our Elf watched on.

My husband works on the road 10-11 months of the year, and is only home on Saturdays and part of Sundays during those months. When he is home, nothing gets done, and the kids soak up their daddy. These are our lazy days, and they are our most precious and coveted days. The Red Meadow Photography

Lazy days are my favorite days,
The ones where everything else goes away.
Time to spend with absolutely nothing else to do,
Time to spend just with you.

    Week 50 | Lazy Days

On our few and far between lazy days, we love to lose focus on all of the semi-important things we should be doing and just see where the day takes us. Today, the sun was shining after what felt like weeks of clouds and cold, so we spent the morning exploring.
