M4H Project 52 | Weekly Theme “Time” | Join Us! Info Here

I can not believe this is the last week of the year! 2012 just flew on by. And with that a new Project 52 is beginning. I suppose this week’s theme can also serve as the very last of this year as well as the very first of the new one!!

our Project 52 Flickr pool can be found at http://www.flickr.com/groups/m4h

I invite you all to follow a long and grow and be inspired with me!  What is this project?! Simple. A photo a week for every week of the year. 52 weeks. You will come out of this project hopefully feeling fulfilled, with a memento of every week of the year. Something special for you. Whether you are a hobbyist or a seasoned professional this is something that you want to do to! Why?! Because it isn’t about your clients, it isn’t about perfection. Its about you. Its about your family, your life. So lets begin this journey together. I know that as a team, as a group we can do this. We can hold each other accountable. We can make this happen. I also promise you will see growth by sticking with this. I have seen tremendous growth in last year’s Project 52 participants (whom I hope to see again this year!!)

For those just joining us there is info pertaining to the project HERE.

For those just jumping in here is some additional information.

The goal of this project is to take a photo every single week of the year. I post new themes right here on the blog every Sunday. I usually link them up on the fan page as well but be sure to check here if you don’t see anything there. They can go up just about anytime during the day but I try to get them up first thing in the morning and I am on Mtn time (2 hours behind eastern time zone). On Mondays I post what I call Eye Candy. I choose images submitted to our Flickr pool to feature. I choose one winner and then I feature a good handful of images that caught my eye. You can find the flickr pool HERE. Here is an outline on how the project works.

-The theme I provide is purely optional. You do NOT have to use the theme. It is just a prompt for those interested. If it doesn’t appeal to you or you want to go your own way you are free to choose your own or not use one at all.

-To be considered as a winner the image must be taken that week for the theme. Eye Candy need not be taken that week but the point of the project is to have a new photo a week for every week of the year. This project is about you. About your memories.

-You need not use any of my processing tools to submit images to the flickr pool. It is completely okay to edit your images or process them in any manner you like!

    – I choose images from the Flickr pool because the coding is all set up for me so it is easier to share. It also eliminates me having to self host them. I don’t mind you linking your fan page or anything else in your links but note that they links should be pasted plainly. If they are hard to copy they may not be included.

-You may absolutely share your weekly images on my fan page as well!!

_There is a Project 52 Category in the drop down menu up top of the blog so you can navigate through those to seek past blog entries!

-The weekly winner will win a Gift Card to my shop each week. If anyone is interested in sponsoring prizes please be sure to message me via the contact form on this blog.

    This week’s theme is: Time

It can be absolutely any take on this you choose!! Be sure again to post them to the Flickr pool linked above so we can love on them and so it may be shared for Eye Candy. If you wish to not have your image chosen to Eye Candy posts you can absolutely opt out by not posting in the Welcome!! I hope you will all join us!!

And as a way to really honor and show off some of our P52 participants here is a few photos shared from last year:

      Thank you!

    22. Kelly Gentz says:

I love this project and tried it last year but didn’t make it long. I’m wondering if you would ever consider posting the entire theme list in advance (this would help me plan during my busy times).

    23. Angela says:

Wow, those images are just stunning :). Going to give this my best shot… I attempted a P52 last year and honestly I didn’t get very far at all :(. This year I WILL do it!

    24. I have decided to jump in to P52 again this year, and I couldn’t be more excited to be doing it M4H-style! I had to quit last year when first trimester symptoms hit me, but I can’t wait to incorporate my little man into my P52 photos once he arrives. 🙂

    25. Sarah says:

I LOVE these!! I’ve just started a 365 project of my own, it’s so inspiring to see others work for similar projects, these are all such awesome images, I hope I can produce a half decent body of work! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
